Cycling


I started cycling to work again today. My legs are in agony right now. It's just under 5 miles from my house to work and takes me about 18 minutes to cycling into work (as it is pretty much all down hill). Today it took me 21 minutes. I realised how crap I am at cardio excercise after today's cycle.

I think I am going to have to gently ease myself into this cardio to avoid the risk of injury. Once I am back in the routine I am sure I will soon be back to cycling fitness and then after that I am looking forward to running.

Only a short update today as I am knackered and still have 5 miles to cycle up hil home!
